Founder & Principal Consultant

I'm a Business Analyst and Product Owner with over a decade of experience helping organisations turn complex, messy operations into clear, efficient systems. I've worked across healthcare, financial services, retail, and staffing, and I bring that cross-industry perspective to every engagement.

Before founding Mara Consulting, I led system replacements, process redesigns, and Agile transformations at companies including BCforward, Kinetic Advantage, Lids, and Byrider. I'm based in Indianapolis and work with clients across the US and internationally.
